I am so happy to receive the certificate and thank you very much. I am thrilled. I honestly did not think I would pass!
Want to say how much I appreciate having been your student.
"My experience with the perfumery art school has been amazing ! I have learnt from scratch and I've acquired more knowledge about perfumery than I thought I would ever be able to in one and a half year ! More than lessons, the perfumery art school gives you a really unique life experience. Indeed the conversation with students from all over the world is really enriching and inspiring. My goal before entering the school was to learn more about natural perfumery in order to get into a perfumery school in France, Thanks to hard but incredibly pleasant work and to Isabelle's full support, I've achieved my goal and I couldn't be more proud and grateful for the progress I've made made !"
I hope this short text can express how pleased and grateful I am with your amazing school !

''If you're reading the Testimonial section of this webpage, you're probably wondering whether you should choose this school to embark on your olfactory journey or not.
Well, I'll tell you without exaggerating that a positive answer to this uncertainty led me to the best decision in my life. Yes, this school is the best thing that has ever happened in my life!
No matter if you are a beginner or advanced, wish to learn a new hobby, or become a master perfumer and create your perfumes from a to z, this accredited course will, without a doubt, teach you all that. Isabelle, the very knowledgeable course leader, will guide you and be by your side whenever needed, and your friendly colleagues are always here to help out too.
Remember, it is never too late to go after your dreams and interests, no matter what everyone else says!
I come from an IT background, but this quality course, patience, effort, and love towards scents managed to make it possible to win two New Luxury Awards for my two natural perfumes in only two years.
I'm not going to lie; making a perfume is not easy, but it's a possible and very awarding experience.
And lastly, thank you, Isabelle, for giving me a fabulous opportunity to learn about the magic and invisible world of scents!''

''Bloom Perfumery (London) is such a great shop. I tell people about my perfume expertise on the course all the time when they ask where I gained my knowledge from so it’s great! I have recommended the course to so many people.
I have such fun working there, it’s not like a job at all. It’s talking everyday with passionate people and earning money!''

''I would like to thank Isabelle Gellé and The Perfumery Art School for giving me the wonderful opportunity to study to become a perfumer. The course content was concise and well constructed and this made the course easy to undertake at home. Isabelle is always available to provide guidance, feedback and advice which I have found very valuable and the opportunity to work with a Master Perfumery of her calibre has been an inspiring and wonderful experience.
I have to admit I have found perfumery the hardest thing I have ever embarked on from a point of view of achieving results (I have four university degrees in finance which were easy in comparison). However, patience, following the course work, putting in time and effort and help from Isabelle enabled me to complete the course and actually create a perfume.
I remember opening my student kit when it arrived and to be honest, it was like opening a door to a new chapter of my life. I remember thinking to myself that it would be quite an achievement to create a perfume that others buy and wear, my ability to leave a lasting mark on society. At the time I read somewhere that there were approximately 400 Master Perfumers in the world and I immediately registered a company name 'no. 401 Boutique Fragrance House' because I wanted to become Master Perfumer 401. The Perfumery Art School course has given me the opportunity to put my foot on the first rung of the Master Perfumer ladder. I have a long way to go but I know that after completing this course, I have the foundation to embark on a a career that will provide me with a lifetime of learning and the opportunity to start something fantastic that few have the opportunity to do.
Thank you Isabelle for this amazing opportunity. I hope I do you proud.

When I enrolled for the 24 months course at the Perfumery Art School I had just finished a Swedish certificate in Fashion design. I found the same embodying satisfaction in the creative process of making perfume from the raw idea to the final olfactive creation. Isabelle and her pool of talented collaborators introduced me to the olfactive tools and mathematic skills to be able to translate a vision into a fragrance.
Months of dedication to the smelling exercises to build bridges between an odour and a memory of a place or a name, discipline to store the odours into the long-term memory, time and yogic dedication is necessary for the learning process to achieve its route. Isabelle has always been along my path to answer my questions and reassure me when in doubt, she is a rare talented mentor who sees in all her selected student the great possibilities they have deep inside them. Can you imagine the greatness of creating a perfume! The process is an exploration of yourself and the result an olfactive artistic achievement.
The Perfumery Art School is the only one in its kind to offer you the possibility to work free lance and create your own brand. A beautiful journey into the olfactory world. Enjoy.''

I am a Medical Herbalist and chose to undertake my perfumery education at The Perfumery Art School with Isabelle Gellé, and have now completed the course.
This education of Art in scent was very in depth and hard work, yet Isabelle’s support and encouragement was limitless. I loved working through the modules, discovering new oils and creating new combinations and scents. I found the history module fascinating, truly inspirational and in my creations have likened the art of perfumery to music and colour as I progressed. Perfumery is no easy path to follow and hugely frustrating at times, yet Isabelle was forever patient with me and through her kind words of understanding and encouragement have now created my first two Parfums, which I absolutely adore, as do my customers!
Thank you so much Isabelle from the bottom of my heart, you are a truly gifted perfumer and teacher and I hope to be training with you again soon in some advanced workshops.
<<Perfumery is the ultimate spiritual journey. You have to be daring. You have to break the rules. Yet you have to be moderate, consistent. Perfumery tests the depths of your creativity. And brings you to your knees with the patience that is required. Intuition, listening is everything. And each day brings a new challenge >>

You have been a great inspiration to me, from a wonderful teacher to a good friend, without you I would never be able to do and be where I am now. You have made my dream come true; you have been patiently guiding me through difficult moments, advising me on next steps in order to achieve my goals. I do not think words can even express how much I am grateful for all your help over the past few years. Without you, MW Perfumes would never exist...
I believe it is important to strengthen the message about beauty of natural perfumes whenever possible. I am strictly following your wisdom and only work with natural ingredients as perfumes made from purely natural ingredients are so beautiful. One of my friend told me that my perfumes remind her of Chanel perfumes, but the old ones. That brought a smile to my face as the old/vintage perfumes were using naturals as their core ingredients. It is beautiful to hear that people can still appreciate quality and natural ingredients in products.''
Marie Krnakova, Founder of MW Perfumes, June 2015
I wanted to say thanks as the course has really inspired me to form a business in the industry. I was drawn to a greater understanding of how perfumes are made. This not only led me to the course but to now a love of fragrances that are atisan, avant-garde and just that bit special which I am now distributing in the UK. I am actually meeting Thierry Laur from Molinard parfums this morning and then off to Selfridges' headoffice for a meeting. Who would have believed it!''

''I am SO enjoying this course, and all the tangents I'm exploring too. I smell everything: I now have permission to smell everything ... the air in the supermarket, the rain, the inside of shops, fabrics, stems, bark ... the list is endless. The world has come alive for me in a much more vivid way since I embarked upon this course. I have much to be grateful to you for.''
Andria King, April 2014, U.K.
'The tutor has Natural talent, rear and precious in the market today. She has elegance with a touch of class in her presentation and walks you through with great enthusiasm, patience, a hint of her personality, healthy criticism and a lot of encouragement. If perfume is what you are looking for, you have found the right person. I would recommend it to anyone and do it myself again.

''Thank you so so much for your excellent perfume workshop on the Georgian era at Kensington Palace last week. I thoroughly enjoyed myself as did all of the participants. It was also a pleasure meeting you and working with you.I will be in touch re. Victorian perfume making sessions''
Jenny W., Education officer, Kensington Palace - April 2010
Thank you for a truly professional, inspirational and excellent course. I have been moving from 'classic' aromatherapy as taught by therapy education councils towards emotional and spiritual fragrancing using natural oils, and your class perfectly bridges the transition. As you say, therapeutic blends can be medicinal, but in my experience selecting a person's favourite fragrant oils gives the soul that extra special lift.
The synergies created by complex blends is surely far more powerful than simple combinations. Your class has started me on a wonderful, infinite course of blending and discovery, and has lifted my aromatherapy practice into the realms of the divine!
I can see in this a lifelong passion. I'm hooked.
I look forward to my certificate and the Level II courses. Thank you!!
Kerrie V., April 2008, Imperial College London
''I would just like to thank you so much for the most wonderful day last weekend - It was truly inspiring! And so importantly for me, has shown that my ambition to make perfumes of my own, is not entirely fanciful, whereas in the past, it has seemed to be so far out of reach!''
Bella M., October 2007, Willerby Manor House, Yorkshire
''I really wanted to thank you for the stimulating talk on Monday. The students loved it, and in the feedback today, this emerged as one of the highlights of our programme.''
