Perfumes start with accords, a blend of individual notes that create new odours either existing or of your own interpretation.
For example, the smell of ocean is different from one person to another. the perfumer will create an odour that is close to the memories they have about the ocean and will use different ingredients to achieve the smell they want to capture in the bottle.
