This course is ideal for those participants planning to get into the business of independent and niche perfumery and who are looking for a solid foundation and introduction to get started.
After the course, participants may then opt to join our online course program to deepen their knowledge at professional and vocational level.
Due to the low number of participants we accept, you will benefit from semi-individual support from the tutor(s).

The course will run everyday from 9:30 to 16:30 with one hour lunch break.
We will focus on the principles and environment of the independent perfumery industry including:
There will be some group activities where you will be asked to work from a simple brief.
Due to the low number of participants, we will be able to provide semi-individual sessions to help you work towards your goals.

- fragrance retailers who would like to delve in formulating perfumes or to understand the principles behind perfume-making in order to communicate and educate the consumers;
- People interested in how to approach perfumery using naturals
The course will run everyday from 9:30 to 16:30 with one hour lunch break.
We will focus on the principles and environment of the independent perfumery industry including:
- thorough exploration of the palette of main aromatic materials used by perfumers
- methodical and empirical method to record and remember the aromatic materials
- introduction to the Art of constructing accords for perfumes
- basics of recording formulations
- understanding the Art and industry of niche perfumery and what you need to consider in order to enter this competitive fragrance market estimated to be worth $51 billion by 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR SUMMER CLASSES
- 90 days before the course start date: no cancellation fee
- 30-60 days before the course start date: 10% of net price
- 21-60 days before the course start date: 40% of net price
- 1-21 days before the course start date: 70% of net price
